I love this comic, I reminds me a little of when I was a teacher, I taught ESL, and all of my students were from other countries, and on her first American, one of my students also went home with her bf. Just like you, bf’s family was awesome, but at one point his dad said he was “embarrasado” about something or other, and she couldn’t bring herself to tell him that in Spanish embarazada means pregnant!
This comic warmed my heart. I almost want to cry. It’s such a simple story but very touching. I like your art style, stay cool!
